Made with a new 2021 crop Columbian bean we do two separate roast.  First a medium roast for that smoothness.  Then we blend that with a Dark roast for Extra Bold flavor.  Combine the two and you have yourself the finest cup of coffee Strategy Roasters can offer at this time.
